I would absolutely recommend Bounceabout. Quick and helpful communication and a great prompt service. We hired a bouncy castle and soft play bundle for my little girl’s birthday party. It was in great condition and all the kids loved it. The guys setting up and packing away were very friendly and even picked up all the ball pool balls!

The service we received was excellent from initial booking, an extra confirmation of our booking the day before and the setup and take down on the day. Would highly recommend this company very professional and friendly, set up with no hassle in about 20 minutes while we decorated the hall equipment was all well maintained an clean. We hired the bug bed soft play, Didi cars & bouncy bunnies for our daughters 4th birthday party.

The kids absolutely loved it all & were entertained, no bored children at any point of the party which was fantastic esp with 23 kids to keep happy!! Prices are very reasonable & the equipment was is great condition.

Set up/collection was on time & very efficient. Customer service was great, Mark answered messages promptly & was very polite and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again & with 3 little ones 4yrs & younger I'm sure you'll be seeing alot more of us in the future
