Q. Can I use confetti on the bouncy castle?

A. NO. PLEASE DO NOT USE CONFETTI ON OR AROUND THE INFLATABLES. THIS INCLUDES CONFETTI CANNONS and CONFETTI BALLOONS. THE DYE PERMENANTLY STAINS THE MATERIAL.

Q. I don't live within your delivery area. If I pay extra, will you deliver a castle to me?

A. No. We only deliver within the '01243' area. Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of this area, even if you pay extra. We strictly keep to our local area, without exception.

Q. Do you provide safety mats?

A. Yes, safety mats are provided with all Bouncy Castles and Soft play sets.

Q. Do you supply extension cables?

A. Yes.

Q. There is no electricity supply where I am holding my event, do you supply petrol blowers?

A. No. We don't use petrol blowers. If you wish to go ahead with a booking, please call to discuss

what generator you will need to source.

Q. What time will you be here?

A. This will be arranged with you at the time of booking. We try to be as flexible as possible, although,

please note that once hall booking times are agreed, these cannot be changed on the day.

Q. Can I keep the bouncy castle overnight, and if so, how much will it cost?

A. Yes, subject to availability, you may keep the bouncy castle overnight. We NEVER charge extra for overnight hire. Inflatables will ONLY be left overnight in a suitably secure location, without exception. Please arrange this at the time of booking.

Q. What is your latest pick up time?

A. Our latest pick up time will be arranged for no later than 7pm.

Q. Can I use Silly string/ streamers/ confetti on the bouncy castle and soft play?

No. Please don't, as these things PERMANENTLY STAIN the equipment. They contain a dye that won't wipe off.

Q. Can I have face paint at my party if I have a bouncy castle/soft play?

If you have a professional face painter, who uses good quality face paint, this is not a problem. We have found that cheap face paints permenantly stain the equipment, so we ask you to not use these please.

Q. After my soft play party, will I have to bag up the balls myself? I am worried you will charge me extra if I don't.

A. We bag the balls up, and tidy everything away after your party. You will not be expected to help, and you will not be charged. It's our job.

Q. How much space do I need to fit in a Bouncy castle?

A. The measurements for each inflatable are displayed on our website. You need to allow 2' at each side, 2' for the blower at the back, and 3' for the safety mat at the front.

Q. What if it's a wet day?

A. As long as we have not delivered the inflatable then you can cancel and you will not incur a charge.

Q. Access to our garden is difficult, can I have a bouncy castle?

A. Please call to discuss this with us, we may be able to help if made aware before the day of hire.

Q. We have booked a Bouncy Castle and the birthday child is taken ill on the morning. Can we cancel?

A. Yes, of course. You can cancel for any reason, and you won't be charged if we have been notified before you have taken delivery.

Q. Can the Bouncy Castle be used in windy weather?

A. NO. Under no circumstances should any inflatable be used in windy weather. If the wind is too strong on the day of hire, we will need to cancel the booking. Please understand that this is for your safety, which is always our first priority.

Q. Can the inflatable go on concrete or does it have to go on grass?

A. The inflatable must be situated on grass for safety reasons. We need to peg it down securely.

We will NOT, under any circumstances set an inflatable up on concrete or any hard surface outdoors. We are, however, very happy to supply inflatables to indoor parties in halls.
