Well today was PIPA testing day! Mark took all 30 of our inflatables to have their annual safety checks! It's not a day he looks forward to, as it involves inflating each castle, and then re rolling them 😓 We are pleased to say, they all passed with flying colours 😊 You can view the test certificates for each inflatable on this website. They are all listed under each individual castle.

We held our Bounceabout baby and toddler session on Tuesday at The Selsey centre. It's always such a lovely morning 💕 We had 39 children and babies this week, which was not quite as many as usual, but more than we thought there would be on a bright and sunny day ☀️😊 The mini rollercoaster is a favourite, and it's great to see the little ones taking turns so nicely.

The forcast is looking good for the upcoming Bank holiday weekend......whoop whoop😍 ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ At last we are going to have some real bouncy castle weather! Lots of people are taking advantage of our weekend specials, so they can enjoy the castles for the entire long weekend...what a treat!! ❤️❤️❤️

Meet Snappy! 🐊 We just love our NEW addition, although I'm not sure I'd trust him!!😋😱😱🐊🐊🐊 He is part of our NEW soft play set that we are currently putting together. We've had allsorts arrive today, including giraffes, a rhino, tigers, a lion, even monkeys!! It's so exciting! We've just placed an order for a NEW ball pond to match, and a fabulous elephant soft play slide....it's so unique, it hasn't even been made yet 😉 This set is sooo colourful! We've chosen a really happy, cheerful colour scheme....lime green, dark green, orange, yellow, purple and turquoise 😍 It really is going to be a special set. It will look amazing with our Jungle bouncy castle. This will be available from October 2018, all ready for the Autumn/ winter season. We are so excited to show you the pictures when we have it all ready.......watch👀 this space..... the BOUNCEABOUT JUNGLE SOFT PLAY set will be magical 💫✨

Check out all the activities going on at the Aldingbourne country centre in the May half term. We will have 12 inflatables there on Weds 30th and Thurs 31st May! Including fun runs, our big slide and lots of bouncy castles! Come and let the children play, bring a picnic, or have a delicious lunch in the cafe 😋 ☀️☀️

The Bounceabout event is always very popular, and the children just love it! We love seeing so many of our inflatables in one place 💕 Unlimited play on the inflatables from 10am - 4pm 😊

well, what a weekend that was! A whole range of different equipment went out for a multitude of events. We even managed to squeeze in a couple of 'on the day' bookings too. The weather was beautiful during the day on Saturday, but did you hear that almighty thunder storm in the evening? Wow, that was crazy!

The main topic of conversation in our house at the moment is new bouncy castles / soft play and what we should add this year 😍 The kids like to get involved too, and we always listen to their ideas. As you know, we have a NEW inflatable due any day now (exciting!), and it definitely looks like there will be more to come this year.

One of our bouncy castles went off to her new home this week 😔 A local cafe to us, will now have a fab feature in their garden for the kids to enjoy. It's always sad to see one of our inflatables go, but we have to make room for new things, keeping it fresh and interesting 🙂

Bounceabout baby and toddler play at the Selsey centre was a great success again this week! We had 54 babies and toddlers come to play...it was a busy one!! They all enjoyed the soft play and bug bed so much. The sensory surround for the babies is very popular as well! This is a very relaxed session, and it's a great place to meet up with other parents/ grandparents/ carers.

The soft play has now all had a good clean, and is ready for the weekend hires.

The ŵeather this week has certainly got everyone in the mood for booking a bouncy castle! Lots of BBQs this weekend were in need of some bouncy fun!! What better way to occupy the children (and adults!), than to have an inflatable in the garden?

We are always happy to take last minute bookings, subject to availability. We even get enquiries for hires on the day of the event, and we are always happy to help if we can.

All our inflatables are now booked in for their P.I.P.A safety testing in a couple of weeks time. This is not a day that Mark particularly looks forward too 😩😂 30 inflatables to set up for the test in Chichester, then roll up again! This is something he does annually though, as the P.I.P.A test is something we would not be without. It is, in our opinion, the most extensive test you can get for an inflatable. It is also recognised by the H.S.E. Don't forget you can view any of our P.I.P.A certificates on this website. Just click on 'tests' on the info for each castle...it's that simple 🙂

A little bit about us

After a random, fateful conversation in 1993, we decided it might be a fun idea to buy some bouncy castles, and hire them out for children's parties. Could it work? Was there a call for it locally? Will they fit in the back of our Ford sierra? (They're not that big or heavy are they? 🤔😂). Well, we went for it and ordered three shiney new inflatables. We decided to call ourselves 'Bounceabout' because the 'B' put us at the top of the yellow pages listings! ...this was long before internet advertising! We also put a small ad in the local paper. Within days the bookings came rolling in, and we needed to expand! We bought two more castles, and a much needed trailer (that poor sierra 😔😉). It had begun. Bounceabout very soon became a big part of our lives. We've never looked back. We married and had three children, Callum, Kieran and Jessica. You might see the boys out and about giving Mark a hand, and even Jess likes to get involved on occasion (she makes a great model for advertising photos!). We like to get them involved in the cleaning too (see pic below!).

I don't know if it was because of the gorgeous weather ☀️, or if it was because of our smart NEW website, but we have been inundated with bookings and enquiries today! Lots of positive feedback too ❤️ Customers have been messaging us for info, and we've spent lots of time taking calls! We love chatting with our customers on the phone, as we can talk them through the booking process (which with us is super quick and easy 😉). Many weekend specials booked today too, it's always advisable to book these in early, as even though we have 30 inflatables, the same one may not be available for the whole weekend. This is why we have our regular customers getting in quick.... very sensible, as everyone has their favourite😊 Don't forget the weekend special offer applies to bank holidays too.....so you can make full use of the inflatable on the Monday as well! We have two long weekends coming up in May, and then one in August, just think how much fun that would be! Many people find bouncy castle rental is a very affordable form of entertainment for the children, especially when you consider how much a family day out costs 💰these days 🙈

So its finally happening 😍 The sun is shining! Spring has arrived! Maybe it's a little late this year, but better late than never!

Out and about in the Bognor area today! First delivery was to Rose Green Infant school... a 15' x 15' bouncy castle for their annual 'bunny bounce' 🐰 It was a huge success, as in previous years. A local business sponsored the castle, so all the funds they raised went straight to their music department 🙂 The inflatable was situated in the school hall, and it was a quick turn around getting it out in time for the lunch tables to go in! So many hungry little bouncers to feed!! Next today was a booking for the Multi activity combo for an after school party in Bognor. Didn't they do well picking such a beautiful day ☀️ ☀️ ☀️The drop off was made before the children came home from School....what a treat! We left it overnight, so they could make the most of this lovely evening. We never charge extra for overnight hire. If we are able to leave it, we will. Just ask at the time of booking 😊 We want you to be enjoying your Bounceabout castles for as long as possible.

O.k, so the weather could be better! What is happening this year?! Hopefully a beautiful long hot summer is just around the corner ☀️ ☀️ ☀️ Thank goodness for all the wonderful halls in our area...you have all certainly been making use of them lately! Don't forget we never take deposits, or cancellation fees, so you can choose your favourite inflatables with peace of mind, knowing you don't have to go ahead if you don't want to. We are taking bookings now for the whole summer, so get in quick! Many dates are already filling up. We will be taking delivery of our NEW inflatable at the end of April. We can't wait to share the pics with you 💕 More info soon.......

It was our Easter session today at Bounceabout baby and toddler play!! We had the whole arena, and filled it with lots of inflatables! The little ones faces were a picture when they came in! We had lots of hot cross buns and homemade cakes! All children took home an Easter egg 🐰🐣🐥🌷. Happy Easter everyone!

Happy new year everyone! We have had a little break away this week, but thankfully we were able to get internet connection, so managed to keep in touch with all those of you contacting us to book your parties! Lots of castles out this coming weekend. Looking forward to it now we've had a rest, and recharged our batteries 😉

So today was our first 'Bounceabout baby and toddler play' Christmas session! ❄️☃️🌲 We had the whole arena at The Selsey Centre, and filled it with inflatables and soft play! We had Christmas songs playing, and there were nibbles a plenty for children and grown ups! 😋 The little ones were happy to toddle off with their party bags too! What a fabulous morning 💕

The outdoor hires will soon be over for this year. The last castles will be going outside on 31st October. We will then be hiring only in halls until March 2018. Don't forget to book your hall soon for your Winter/Spring parties. Good halls in this area get booked up well in advance, so get in quick. Our first ever Bounceabout baby and toddler session was a big success!! Great fun had by all! It was so lovely to see so many people there. The little ones loved the equipment, and we had some really positive feedback. What an amazing day! It's exciting to take Bounceabout into a different direction, and so much fun for us to try something new.
